This CR/LIR2025 coin cell case is designed for X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, featuring a KAPTON observation window on the aluminum-plated positive cover to allow direct X-ray transmission. The case supports a finished battery size of 20 mm in diameter and 2.5 mm in height, and is supplied in 5 sets per pack.

The KAPTON window has a 10 mm diameter, providing a stable and X-ray-transparent area suitable for monitoring material changes during testing. The positive cover is coated with 99.9% pure aluminum with an approximate thickness of 1 µm, ensuring chemical compatibility and reduced background scattering during XRD measurements.

For optimal measurement quality, the use of synchronized radiation is recommended.
