CR/LIR2032 Aluminum-Coated Coin Cell Case
This CR/LIR2032 coin cell case is designed for rechargeable coin-cell applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance and lightweight surface properties. Manufactured from stainless steel with a pure aluminum-coated positive cover, it provides stable electrochemical performance and improved resistance to oxidation. The case supports a finished cell size of 20 mm in diameter and 3.2 mm in height, and is supplied in 60 sets per pack.
The aluminum coating is made from 99.9% pure aluminum, offering high reflectivity, uniform surface characteristics, and compatibility with standard electrolyte systems. The plating thickness is approximately 1 µm, ensuring reliable contact performance while maintaining mechanical durability.
