Application:
Designed for 18650 cylindrical lithium-ion batteries (Capacity Type). This component serves as the top seal and primary safety mechanism, featuring a “Straight Seal” 18#Z structure.

Key Features:
* Dual Safety Protection: Equipped with a PPTC thermistor for over-current/temperature protection and an aluminum explosion-proof disc (vent) to release pressure under extreme conditions.
* Pre-Welded Tab: Comes with a pre-welded aluminum tab (15 mm x 3 mm x 0.15 mm) for convenient battery assembly and connection.
* High Durability: The steel cap is made of nickel-plated carbon steel, passing a 5-hour salt spray test (Grade 10) to ensure corrosion resistance.
* Precise Activation: Engineered with specific pressure thresholds for circuit breaking (0.9-1.4 MPa) and bursting (1.8-2.5 MPa) to prevent battery explosions.
