    Reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) foam, supplied as glassy carbon in two pore grades, 80ppi and 100ppi. The open-cell reticulated network combines a high geometric surface area with low resistance to fluid flow, making it useful as a flow-through or bulk electrode where mass transport would otherwise limit the current available at a planar surface.
