MnBi₂Se₄ Crystals
MnBi₂Se₄ is a layered magnetic topological insulator with a van der Waals structure, has its combination of magnetic order and topological surface states. It exhibits unique properties such as strong spin-orbit coupling, consistent magnetic interactions, and high environmental behavior, making it a promising material for quantum materials research, spintronics, and magneto-optical applications. Our MnBi₂Se₄ crystals are synthesized using the Chemical Vapor Transport (CVT) method, with high purity, precise stoichiometry, and strong crystallinity.
