PdTe₂ Crystals

PdTe₂ is a layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) with a van der Waals structure, has its superconducting and topological properties. As a semimetal, PdTe₂ combines high electrical conductivity with strong spin-orbit coupling, making it a promising material for spintronics, quantum materials research, and 2D material studies. Our PdTe₂ crystals are synthesized using high-temperature chemical vapor transport (CVT) techniques, with high purity, high crystallinity, and consistent physical properties. Sample Size Option:
