SiTe₂ Crystals
SiTe₂ is a layered van der Waals material with unique electronic, optical, and thermoelectric properties. Our SiTe₂ crystals are synthesized using the Chemical Vapor Transport (CVT) method, with high purity, high crystallinity, and consistent performance for specialized research applications.
