Silicon Carbide (SiC) Ceramic Plates / SiC Structural Ceramic Components

Product Overview
Silicon Carbide (SiC) ceramic plates are structural ceramics used in extreme temperature and harsh operating environments. Manufactured using pressureless sintering technology, these SiC ceramics have thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance, thermal-shock resistance, and mechanical strength. They are used in high-temperature furnaces, heat treatment systems, semiconductor processing, and industrial thermal management applications.

Features

1. Temperature Resistance
Capable of long-term operation in environments up to 1600–1650 °C with oxidation resistance and structural behavior.

2. Thermal Conductivity
Thermal conductivity up to 148 W/m·K, with heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution.

3. Thermal Shock Resistance
Withstands repeated rapid heating and cooling cycles (up to 1400 °C) without cracking, deformation, or spalling.

4. Density & Strength
Manufactured via pressureless sintering technology
Purity: ≥ 98.5%
Bulk Density: ≥ 3.1 g/cm³
Mechanical integrity and dimensional behavior.

5. Mechanical Properties
Hardness and wear resistance
Fracture behavior is specified for normal operating conditions
Typical service life: over 6 months in high-temperature applications.
