Sb₂Te Crystals

Sb₂Te is a layered thermoelectric material with a van der Waals structure and thermoelectric and electronic properties. Its Seebeck coefficient, low thermal conductivity, and carrier mobility support applications in energy harvesting, quantum materials research, and optoelectronics. Sb₂Te crystals are synthesized using the Chemical Vapor Transport (CVT) method.
