PbS Crystals
PbS is a narrow bandgap semiconductor with strong optical, electronic, and thermoelectric properties. Its strong absorption in the infrared spectrum and high carrier mobility, PbS is used in optoelectronics, thermoelectric devices, and specialized quantum materials research. Our PbS crystals are synthesized using the Chemical Vapor Transport (CVT) method to with high purity, precise stoichiometry, and strong crystallinity for specialized research and industrial applications.
