NiPS₃ Crystals
NiPS₃ is a layered antiferromagnetic semiconductor with a van der Waals structure and anisotropic magnetic and electronic properties. It exhibits Néel-type antiferromagnetic ordering, supporting spintronics, 2D magnetism studies, and quantum materials research. NiPS₃ crystals are synthesized using the Chemical Vapor Transport (CVT) method.
