Ni Foam is an open-cell, three-dimensional nickel substrate that combines a continuous conductive skeleton with high void volume. The interconnected pore network makes it a practical current collector, catalyst support, or freestanding working electrode for alkaline and other aqueous electrochemical systems. Sheets are supplied flat across a range of footprint and thickness combinations so the substrate can be matched to the cell before cutting and cleaning.

Nickel foam is used in electrocatalysis, water splitting, and battery and supercapacitor electrode research, where its open structure supports mass transport and full electrolyte access. It can be cut, cleaned, and loaded with active material prior to cell assembly.
