Product Overview:
The MSK-110 is a hydraulic crimping machine designed for sealing coin cell batteries. It supports multiple die sets for different battery sizes in laboratory sealing research.

Compatibility & Specifications:
– Functionality: Supports both Sealing (Crimping) and Disassembly operations (Specific dies required)
– Dia. 20 mm Die Set Compatibility: For CR2016, CR2025, CR2032 series coin cells
– Dia. 24 mm Die Set Compatibility: For CR2430, CR2450 series coin cells

Maintenance Guidelines:
1. Screw Inspection: Regularly check the guide pillar screws on the upper and lower plates for looseness; retighten immediately if found loose before operation.
2. Chemical Cleaning: If the die is contaminated with electrolyte or other chemicals, clean it immediately.
3. Cleaning Method: Do not use water to wipe the die or equipment. Use alcohol or a dry towel for cleaning.
4. Rust Prevention: The die ships with a white liquid coating (White Lithium Grease). After use and disassembly, clean the die and apply a rust-proof lubricant to maintain it during use.
