Each tip incorporates a built-in hydrophobic UHMWPE filter barrier that protects pipettes from contamination while maintaining the precision and required for PCR, qPCR, RNA/DNA work, and clinical diagnostic applications.

Hydrophobic UHMWPE Filter Barrier
Each tip contains a built-in hydrophobic filter that has contamination protection:
– Protects pipette internals from aerosol and liquid contamination
– Prevents cross-contamination between samples
– Guards pipette calibration from corrosive or volatile samples
– Used for RNA/DNA work, radioactive materials, and biohazardous samples

Material Construction
Manufactured from virgin polypropylene (PP) with smooth interior walls for liquid handling. Filter membrane is hydrophobic UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) for aerosol barrier performance. Autoclavable and resistant to most laboratory chemicals and solvents.

Laboratory-Grade Packaging
Filter tips packed in resealable bags with clear lot numbers and expiration dates for quality traceability and regulatory compliance. Available in 1000-tip bags for most volumes, and 500-tip bags for 1000uL size.
