Application: Battery Current Collectors, Catalysts/Carriers, Filtration, Thermal Management, Sound Absorption, and EMI Shielding.
Product Overview: Nickel Foam is a porous metal material with a reticulated three-dimensional structure resembling a sponge. It features high porosity (96-98%) and a hollow interconnected skeleton. Its specific gravity is (0.2-0.3, approx. 1/4 that of water). It can be cut, bent, and pasted and is used in Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries, Lithium-ion batteries (Ni-C composites), fuel cells, and various chemical/electrochemical engineering applications.

Appearance Quality: Silver-gray metallic luster with a clean surface. Neatly cut edges without curling. Free from cracks, visible carbon black, missed plating, or large defects (thru-holes > 3 mm).
Defect reference: minor scratches, pinholes, and surface irregularities.
